Kathryn Greer, Esq.

Kathryn Greer’s law practice is dedicated to advocating for victims of sexual abuse in public and non-public schools through civil litigation. Kathryn is inspired everyday with a passion to help people, especially children. After working in insurance defense, Kathryn started her own practice in 2014. Since then, Kathryn has successfully settled multiple six and seven figure cases against school districts, non-public schools and other public entities, including a $3.25 million dollar settlement against the Fullerton School District and $1.1 million dollar settlement against a public school transportation agency. In recognition of her work, Kathryn has been listed as a Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars and Super Lawyers: Top Up and Coming Southern California Women Lawyers each year from 2018-2020.

Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated from the College Honors program. Thereafter, Kathryn traveled to the East Coast to attend Boston College School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. Born and raised in Anaheim, Kathryn returned to Orange County where she currently lives with her husband and two young children.
